Fixed a bug that prevented clutter suppression feature from working in free mode.

Clutter suppression feature. Ground clutter, or reflections from objects close to the radar beam, appear as a roughly circular region, bluish in color around the radar station. These reflections can now be removed or substantially reduced from the screen by using this feature.

• Now an active feature for free users.
• Clutter suppression can be "toggled" by pressing this icon:
• When the icon is blue, clutter suppression is active.
• When the icon is white, clutter suppression is inactive.
• This feature works with the local radar display only

Improvements in performance.

• Starts faster.
• Maps and other layers load faster.
• Uses less memory

Adopt Lollipop design guidelines.

• The icons and design have been upgraded to the modern look. Note new position of zoom, current conditions, My Location and products icons.
• The left drawer feature moves many of the navigation and features from the menu. The drawer can be accessed by either swiping from the left side of the screen or by selecting the three horizontal bars at the top-left corner of the page.

Map now scales with to the density of the screen.

• No more unreadable city names.
• Easier to see roads, lakes, rivers and boundaries.
• Effectively, an extra level of zoom has been added for high density screens.
• Faster loading and panning maps!

New "Current conditions" box

• "Feels like" temperature added.
• Synched with the map - When the map is moved, the current conditions box updates to show the information from the center of the map. Note the crosshairs indicator.
• Weather station location will center in the map to give a more accurate indication of where the weather current conditions are located.

Temperature bubbles now show in free mode!

• The bubbles that show change depending on the zoom of the map.
• See the current conditions at any weather bubble by selecting it with a touch.

New NWS Alert system!

• Faster, more efficient.
• More accurate. More flexible.
• Look at alerts anywhere in the USA.
  • Find the location you want to check NWS Alerts.
  • Do a "long press" on that location.
  • Select "Set as current" in the dialog
  • If there is an alert active, the alert icon will be displayed.
  • Be sure to switch back to your actual location or end RadarNow! for alerts to be registered for your real location.
  • Ending RadarNow! will restore your location automatically.

State/County boundary layer is not displayed by default now.

• For new users this layer is hidden.
• Improves performance and rendering speed.
• To add back, go into the layers tab and select to show.
• Be aware there is a performance penalty to showing this layer.
